Quick checks

Four quick checks first.

  • Is write access on? Out of the box AlphaBridge only reads. Switch on write access at the top of Settings → AlphaBridge MCP. Changes then take effect immediately, so keep a backup.
  • Read the answer. When AlphaBridge refuses a request, it names the reason and the next step. Often that is already the solution.
  • Look at the log. The settings page lists the latest tool calls with time and status.
  • Using the hub? Ask the AI for connect_status. It lists the sites in your chat and the last known status of each.

  • Your WordPress and PHP versions.
  • Your AlphaBridge edition and version: Free, Pro or Agency.
  • Your AI: Claude, ChatGPT or another client. Say if you connect directly or through the hub.
  • Your question, word for word, and the answer to it.
  • The time of the call. The log on the settings page shows it with its status.
  • Never send passwords, tokens or keys. We do not need them.
