Manage WooCommerce with Claude or ChatGPT

• WooCommerce and AlphaBridge Pro. The shop tools come with Pro and Agency. Pro costs $9 a month or $49 a year, 7 days free without a card. Pro covers one site.
• Claude or ChatGPT. Claude connects through its connector directory. ChatGPT connects as an MCP app, from Plus upwards.
• An administrator account. You approve the connection as an administrator. The AI can only do what that account may do.
• Write access, for changes. Reading works out of the box. To change anything, an administrator switches on write access at the top of Settings → AlphaBridge MCP.

• wp_wc_list_orders reads: lists orders, filterable by status.
• wp_wc_get_order reads: one order with items, totals and customer.
• wp_wc_update_order_status writes: sets an order to a status this shop knows.
• wp_wc_list_products reads: lists products with search and status filters.
• wp_wc_get_product reads: one product with price, stock, SKU and status.
• wp_wc_update_product writes: changes a product's price, stock quantity or status.
• wp_wc_list_coupons reads: lists coupons.
• wp_wc_create_coupon writes: creates a coupon.
• wp_wc_list_customers reads: lists customers with their order counts.

The readers work out of the box, before anyone switches on write access. That is enough for daily overviews, stock checks and customer lists.

• Pro has no undo for its shop tools. Note the old prices and stock before a change.
• wp_wc_update_order_status accepts only statuses this shop knows. Unknown statuses are refused.
• A new order status can send e-mails to your customers.
• wp_wc_update_product changes price, stock quantity and status. Other product fields are not part of it.
• Claude changes one product or order per call. For many items, approve a list first.
• Orders and customer lists contain personal data. They go into your chat with the AI service you use.
